on a dedicated server in Germany. Your phone backs up automatically,
just like iCloud. You get a beautiful app to browse, search and share
your photos — without any of your data touching Google, Apple or Amazon.

Every photo you've ever taken carries invisible GPS data — the exact coordinates of where you were standing. Immich reads this and plots every single photo onto an interactive world map. Zoom into a city and see the cafe where you had coffee in 2019. Pull back and watch your whole life's travels emerge as a constellation of memories across the globe.

No tagging required. If your phone recorded GPS when the photo was taken, it appears on the map instantly.

A NAS sits in your home — so it shares your internet connection, requires you to maintain it, and is at risk if your home floods or burns. Our server is in a professional datacentre in Germany with redundant power and connectivity. We handle every technical aspect.
